In order to effectively manage the support we offer our customers, we operate a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests
Customers can make support requests in the following ways:
Online via our Help Desk portal. N.B. a valid email address is required to submit an on line Help Desk request.
Via e-mail using the help desk e-mail account: firstname.lastname@example.org E-mails are assigned a unique ticket number, which can be used to track the progress and responses to that request online. N.B. Having raised an e-mail, that e-mail thread, I.e. all replies and cc’s will be added to the ticket history which can be tracked online.
N.B. if you have already logged this task or request, there is no need to do so again. In fact it may well slow things down, as duplicating the task is likely to create additional administration. Just click "Check this ticket" below this paragraph on the right follow the instructions and you will be sent a link.
