Clients can also submit a help desk request online via our Help Desk portal. N.B. a valid email address is required to submit an on line Help Desk request. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all support requests.
N.B. if you have already logged this task or request, there is no need to do so again. In fact it may well slow things down, as duplicating the task is likely to create additional administration.
